PlaqueArts didn't meet your expectations? We'd love to help!


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PlaqueArts (subject to terms and conditions) sold through this website as long as products are returned in as-new condition.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these customized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Destiny 2 Guardian Commission
  • Personalized PlaqueArts
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Requesting a Return

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

  • Products must be returned undamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery.
  • PlaqueArts is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
  • At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund if any item is not in its original condition or damaged for any reason beyond our error.
  • Fill in a request form at our Contact Us page Please specify RETURN as well as your Order Number and we'll be in touch!

Can I Exchange my PlaqueArt for a different one?

Sometimes you just gotta choose that other fighter, we get it! The conditions are similar to a return

  • Products must be returned undamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.

  • PlaqueArts is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
  • PlaqueArts will charge an additional Shipping fee for sending out the replacement.
  • At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund if any item is not in its original condition or damaged for any reason beyond our error.
  • Fill in a request form at our Contact Us page with which product you'd like to exchange your PlaqueArt with. Please specify EXCHANGE, the product you'd like to exchange, as well as your Order Number and we'll be in touch!

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
